Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi – Transfer to Tsavo West
Arrive in Nairobi, where you will be met by your Esikar Tour & Safaris representative and safari guide. After a short welcome and safari briefing, depart Nairobi and begin your journey toward Tsavo West National Park.
Travel through the Kenyan countryside as you head southeast toward the Tsavo ecosystem. Depending on your arrival time, the journey may continue into the afternoon and evening.
Upon arrival in the Tsavo West area, check in at your lodge or tented camp and settle in for the evening.
Enjoy dinner and relax in preparation for your first full day of safari.

Day 2: Tsavo West National Park – Full-Day Game Drive
After an early breakfast, begin your first full day exploring Tsavo West National Park.
Enter the park for a morning game drive through its dramatic volcanic landscapes, rolling plains and wildlife-rich areas. Tsavo West is known for its elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelopes and a variety of predators.
Your experienced guide will select the best areas for wildlife viewing based on current conditions and recent sightings.
You may also have the opportunity to visit Mzima Springs, a natural oasis with clear spring water and an important habitat for hippos and crocodiles.
Enjoy lunch during the day before continuing your game drive through the afternoon.
Later, return to your lodge or camp for dinner and relaxation.

Day 3: Tsavo West – Tsavo East National Park – Game Drives
After breakfast, depart Tsavo West and continue toward Tsavo East National Park.
As you travel between the two parks, the scenery changes from the volcanic landscapes of Tsavo West to the vast, open plains and distinctive red soil of Tsavo East.
Enter Tsavo East and begin your game drive. The park is particularly famous for its large elephant herds, as well as lions, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and numerous other species.
Enjoy lunch before continuing with an afternoon game drive, exploring different parts of the park in search of wildlife.
Later, proceed to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Tsavo East – Morning Game Drive – Nairobi – Departure
Wake early for your final game drive in Tsavo East National Park. The early morning is an excellent time for wildlife viewing, as animals are often active before the heat of the day.
After the game drive, return to your accommodation for breakfast and check-out.
Begin your journey back to Nairobi, enjoying the changing scenery as you leave the Tsavo ecosystem behind.
Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight, or to your hotel if you are extending your stay in Kenya.
Your Kenya safari ends in Nairobi.
